All new items carry the manufacturer's original warranty. Warranty duration and coverage vary by manufacturer and are listed on each product page where available.

Excellent Refurbished Items

QTSI Refurbished items include a 90-day limited warranty covering functional defects.

Cosmetic wear consistent with the 'Excellent Refurbished' grade is not considered a defect.

Open Box Items

Open Box items carry any remaining manufacturer warranty plus a 30-day QTSI satisfaction guarantee.
