Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

QTSI partners may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided items are in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Refurbished items follow the same 30-day window, subject to the Warranty Policy for functional defects beyond the return period.

How to Start a Return

Email support@ipconnex.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within one business day with an RMA number and shipping instructions.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item's arrival at our warehouse, using the original payment method.
