Coverage

QTSI currently ships within Canada — Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec. Other provinces are coming in v2.

All orders ship at a flat $50 CAD rate, regardless of item count or weight. Live multi-carrier rates via eShipper are planned for v2.

Standard delivery is 3–7 business days from order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@ipconnex.com within 48 hours of expected delivery so we can file a claim.
