Who may use the store

The QTSI Store is intended for organizations, associations, professional practices, independent professionals, and affiliated members across Canada. Organizations and independent professionals must be approved by QTSI. Affiliated members may register using a valid affiliation code issued by their organization or association.

Access is for professional and business use. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and affiliation code confidential, for the activity on your account, and for telling QTSI promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

QTSI may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke access where permitted by law, including if account information is inaccurate, an affiliation ends, or the store is misused.

Products, services, and pricing

The store may offer workplace devices, infrastructure and connectivity, software, professional services, managed workplace and endpoint support, cybersecurity, help desk, voice and PBX, training, and related technology. Availability and scope vary by customer and order.

Prices may reflect partner pricing, organization-specific terms, taxes, shipping, and applicable service charges. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. A service bundle or custom request is governed by its quotation or statement of work.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting a cart or request does not guarantee acceptance or availability. An order is accepted when QTSI or its fulfillment partner confirms it. QTSI may correct pricing or description errors, substitute or cancel unavailable items with notice, and refund amounts paid for a cancelled item.

You must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information and have authority to place an order for the organization or practice identified in the account.

The Return, Warranty, and Shipping Policies form part of these terms. If a quotation, order confirmation, or statement of work conflicts with a general policy, the specific document controls for that order or service.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the store to make unauthorized purchases, share private pricing or account access outside your approved affiliation, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. QTSI and its suppliers retain their rights in product information, software, trademarks, and store content.

Service availability and liability

The store and third-party services may be unavailable or delayed from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, QTSI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from an order or service. Nothing in these terms limits a right, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. The courts of Alberta will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or remedies that apply where you are located.
